We cannot guarantee stock after three business days. Money orders ship immediately, personal checks take 7 to 15 days. |

| We are running a trial period for Canada, Australia, Great Britan and Germany. Select correct postage option at order entry. |
| What is your policy on out of stock items? |
| Our goal is to fill every order completely. There are times, however, when we are out of stock or a certain color is not available. We will ship your order if backstock is less than 40% of order. Otherwise, We immediately try to contact you by Email. It is important that you provide a valid address. If we cannot contact within 24 hours, the order is shipped (if not a single item) and your card is credited back the price of the ship-short item. We will not substitute without your approval. |

| Certainly! Many of our customers are comprised of Schools, School Districts, Associations etc. We do accept purchase vouchers if submitted on company letterhead with a valid purchase order number and purchase agent signature. Terms 30 days. |
